Delivery arrangements should protect the work and leave you clear about the cost, the journey and your responsibilities on arrival.
Confirm the destination
Provide the destination country, city and postal code before a delivery estimate is prepared. Availability, customs documents and any object-specific restrictions are checked for the proposed route; delivery cannot be assumed for every location.
Read the full quotation
Check whether packing, transport, insurance, import duties and taxes are included or charged separately. The written order should identify the recipient’s responsibilities and any costs that cannot yet be determined.
Packing and insurance
Packing is selected for the work’s size, material, frame and route. Confirm the insured value, cover period and any exclusions in the agreed arrangement. A description of packing on this website is not an insurance certificate.
Timing and receipt
Dispatch and arrival estimates are confirmed for the order. Customs and carrier delays can affect the journey. Check access dimensions, arrange a recipient and follow the specific receiving instructions provided with the shipment.
If something arrives damaged
Record visible packaging damage and contact the carrier and gallery promptly. Retain the packing and photographs, and do not attempt a repair. Reporting requirements do not remove any mandatory consumer rights.
Cancellation and returns
Applicable cancellation and return terms are provided before payment. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected; fragility alone is not a reason to exclude them. A lawful exception for personalised work must be explained before an order is agreed.
Arranging a return
Contact the gallery before dispatching a return to discuss the correct address, packing, insurance and the treatment of return costs. Keep the work and its documents safe while the request is reviewed.
Include the work’s object number and destination postal code.
