Collector Services

01

Object review

Identity, dimensions, materials, image rights and current evidence are recorded separately. Unverified date, attribution and provenance remain qualified.

02

Private viewing

Request decision-useful photography, a video appointment and a clear account of what is known and still under review.

03

Condition and imaging

Dated observations are tied to the specific work. Conservation diagnosis is referred to an appropriate specialist when required.

04

Framing and display

Frame depth, glazing, textile mounting, light, humidity and wall conditions are considered for the intended room.

05

Commission planning

Subject, scale, materials, review stages, changes, delivery and acceptance are documented in an individual written scope.

06

Packing and route design

Packing, insurance, carrier capability, customs documents and receipt requirements are reviewed for the object and destination.

07

Offer a work

Private submissions enter an internal review queue. Submission is not a valuation, consignment acceptance or promise of sale.

08

Aftercare

Collectors receive unpacking, acclimatisation, hanging and ongoing care guidance appropriate to the work and route.
