Practical answers about viewing, availability, commissions and delivery. For a question about a particular work, please include its object number.
Can I buy every work in the catalogue?
No. Check the status on the individual work. Entries marked “Under review” are available to view but cannot be purchased online. You can ask for the available information without committing to a purchase.
Can I see more photographs or arrange a viewing?
Yes—use the enquiry form to request specific details or ask about a video viewing. Include the object number, the areas you would like to see and your time zone if you are requesting an appointment.
Are the room images actual customer installations?
Images labelled as concept or illustrative studies are visual references, not customer installations or testimonials. Their scale, lighting and setting should not be treated as a promise of a finished result.
How does a commission begin?
Share your preferred subject, approximate dimensions, display setting, destination and budget range. The gallery will discuss feasibility and the information needed for a written proposal. An initial enquiry does not require payment.
Do you deliver internationally?
International delivery is assessed for the specific work and destination. The route, packing, insurance and import requirements must be confirmed before an order proceeds. Not every work can be shipped to every location.
Are transport and import charges included?
Do not assume they are included. The written order should identify the artwork price and the treatment of packing, carriage, insurance, duties and taxes. Ask for clarification on any charge before payment.
What should I do if a package arrives damaged?
Photograph visible damage, keep the packaging and contact the gallery and carrier promptly. Avoid attempting repairs. Your order terms and applicable consumer rights determine the next steps; retaining the evidence helps a claim be assessed.
Can I cancel or return a purchase?
The applicable terms are provided before payment, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Bespoke work may be treated differently where the law permits. Contact the gallery before returning a work so handling and insurance can be discussed.
How can I submit a work for consideration?
Use “Offer a work” to share photographs and the information you already have. The initial review is private. Submission does not constitute an appraisal, authentication, acceptance for consignment or guarantee of sale.
