Shipping & returns

How purchase and delivery are confirmed

The work, destination, availability and written terms are confirmed before payment and order acceptance.

  1. Review destination and object eligibility
  2. Confirm price, packing, insurance, duties and return terms in writing
  3. Complete payment through the secure method stated in the written order
  4. Receive written gallery acceptance before preparation and dispatch
  5. Follow tracking, receipt records and aftercare guidance
Payment authorisation alone does not mean the order has been accepted. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
01

Destination review

Availability of carriage, insurance and known import requirements is checked for the object and destination before final payment.

02

Transparent quote

Packing, carriage, insurance and known duties or taxes are shown separately or explained clearly; there is no universal free-shipping promise.

03

Packing record

The work and frame are photographed before dispatch, with wrapping, moisture control and crating selected for size and material.

04

Customs & duties

The buyer remains responsible for lawful import and destination charges unless the written order states otherwise.

05

Dispatch & arrival

Tracking and practical receiving guidance are provided. Visible package damage should be recorded before or at acceptance.

06

Cancellation & returns

Applicable consumer law may provide cancellation rights and may recognise exceptions for bespoke, fragile or made-to-order services. Final terms are shown before payment.
